Newly built kitchenette apartment in an art nouveau period building is located at the border of the very popular residential area of Dejvice and Prague cultural heritage reservation UNESCO.
The apartment is furnished with new furniture. The room with a kitchenette covers ca 18 m2.
The kitchenette offers everything necessary for light cooking during your holiday - a glass-ceramic top two-plate cooker, fridge, kettle, sink, dish-towels and kitchen utensils. In the room, there is an LCD TV with cable connection offering Czech and foreign channels, a small table and two armchairs, environmentally friendly heating, a full-size oak bed (160 x 200 cm). For comfortable sleeping the window is equipped with black-out curtains. Bed linen and towels are available.
In the foyer (4 m2), there is built-in wardrobe. The bathroom (3 m2) has a convenient shower bath with a thermostatic faucet, wash-basin and WC. A terrace (9m2) which overlooks a beautiful and quiet Prague yard offers a comfortable place for two people.
