You are staying in a conveniently located residential apartment house.

With the tram number 43 you can reach the center directly within 20 minutes or in the other direction you can see our vine-yards and the beginning of the Vienna Woods.

Here you will find the typical Vienna inns, called HEURIGE, where you can taste our vines.

In the front of my house is the tram station and a shopping-center.

You can reach within a one minute walk the District Museum, an indoor swimming-pool and a very old and famous theatre, called “Metropol”.

At the cafeteria, located in my house, or at the bakery’s nearby you may have breakfast.

In the neighbourhood you find many nice restaurants with moderate prices.
